Open a support ticket too. Include the latest 2 logs from ...\Star Trek Online_en\logs. Let's get this fix so we can get some more campaign progress before the event ends.

I agree the cap should be raised. I am buying keys to convert to energy credits all the time. For me I would rather pay a few bucks then grind my butt off. I would gladly get some dilithium too if I thought the price was worth it.

All the changes you are making to Dilithium are hurting new players who don't have Dilithium and not doing anything to remove Dilithium from the people that have it. You are making it impossible for new players to start this game. How will we know the issue is resolved? If I didnt read the memo I would have thought I was creating one by the interface. By that I mean the twinkling Klingon Logo and the Klingon Recruitment Timer on the character creation screen.

Taking away something we had for free so you could create another Dilithium sink is not what the players wanted. This only hurts new players with little Dilithium. Characters that have a Dilithium surplus generally have finished endeavors and admiralty projects.
