Still waiting for a fix to this.. Considering many of us spent real money on this, for an advertised promotion, it would be nice if we got more of a response that a somewhat generic "we're aware of the issue and working on it" email.
Well, I received a standard canned response from support about my zen balance, instead of addressing the issue of the missing charge reward points. Still have zero points to redeem...
The announcement posted at 7:00am PT didn't mention any start time for this promotion, contained the statement "From now until 11/28", and had a direct link to purchase Zen. Anyone who didn't receive their reward points because they purchased Zen before some other switch was flipped, need to be taken care of.
