Pretty funny stuff. Watched an episode of DS9 the other night where Martok's B'Rel took out three Jem Hadar attack ships. Interesting that a "strength in numbers" ship with two beam arrays that's basically cannon fodder ends up being what we have in this game. :rolleyes:

In my mind, it is not logical for a series of beams fired at random to have a critical hit. A focused attack, sure. I think as it is now, without crits, is the way it should stay. I'd say the same should go for cannon scatter volley and torp spread.

Man I'm bummed, the times for these events are no bueno for anyone who works a 9-5 job on the west coast of the US...I miss them every time. Can't we please do these on the weekend or have a later time slot around 6-8 pm pacific time?

Can one good single escort take out a competent healer with a good build in a cruiser? No. An engineer with a good build in an Odyssey or similar cruiser can be unkillable in PvP. Can easily soak 1-2 escorts without breaking a sweat. Look at Renim's heal build. I'm not aware of an escort out there that can take him out.…

He comes off as an arrogant douche that's out of touch with the game and what players want. He's more interested in "stuff he thinks is cool and fun" than making a quality Star Trek MMO. I could not care less about what the guy does in his so called free time.

I totally agree with the OP. Since I realized that my original main that I had invested a ton of time and real money in was rendered completely obsolete by the OP Romulan faction I vowed to not spend another dime on this game. And I haven't and won't until both FEDs and KDF have comparable space traits that restore balance…

I vaporized a Fed Odyssey in Cap n Hold in about 1.5 seconds with a very lucky Beam Overload 3 Crit that hit with a Torp High Yield 3 volley of Quantums that also critted. Total was around 120k dmg.

Yes it's mind blowing considering the whole thing about how this was supposed to be all about the first in game space adventure zone. I'm guessing it was cheap and easy for them to port over the Neverwinter ground battlezone and not so much for the space. Cryptic needs to re instate the daily wrapper.

You're right. Escorts and Raptors should get something. A nerf to EptE back to the way it was. They also should not be allowed to use Aux2bat at all! Every dang Warbird out there is running Aux2bat and it's stupid.

Pick up the Universal Console on the exchange that holds the Graviton Pulse Generator / Impulse Capacitance Cell. The Impulse Cap is amazing for getting the heck outta dodge after your Alpha.

9 times out of 10 you'll get a duty officer mini pack that's worth next to nothing. My advice, don't open lock boxes with zen. Buy the keys by the ten pack and sell them on the exchange for the EC and the buy what you want off the exchange.

I tossed my Scimitard aside for a Fleet Mogai and I love it. I put the 2 pc console set on it and with a fully buffed Aux & Part Gen Ion Beam + a BO3 it can do a ridiculous alpha. Ridiculous.
