I have 2 chars with multible loadouts, I cannot get either of them to switch loadouts nor can I locate any of the items ( weaps and consoles) that would be used in switch. I posted a support request and they said it is a bug an I should tell my tale here. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix it or has it happened to you?

Hello, On my Fed I just got the Orion Female Tactical boff with the intention of selling it. I cannot - it is bound to me. I believe this is new and have not found away around it yet. This is probably what is happening to you also. If anyone knows a way around this it would be appreciated.
