Well I do not have any highest level players. I usually only play during events nowadays. I do not have a Lifetime subscription. I have never spent real money on STO. I can confirm these are all possible reasons Cryptic did not send me the free ship. :-)

I was wondering too how do I apply my Product Registration Key using the key code given from the boxed retail version? It keeps giving me blah blah blah need cookies enabled ... which they are & I am also using Windows Explorer so what should I do? Thanks in advance with anyone that knows how to fix this issue.
