• i don't remember exactly how but you should be able to select it from you launcher and download it after that you need to go to your account at the website and transfer a toon then you should be good to go. and any one correct me if I'm mistaken

• I did some reserch all the andorian phasers and are equal in damage to their mk XII phaser counterparts. look it up for your self I'd almost say that the mk XI is a typo.
