I was going to buy the Vaadwaur Pythus Fighter and set it up as a DBB boat or torp boat since it is the only small craft that can have two tactical ensigns (= 2x FAW1 or 2xTS1). Just noticed this: accolade "Raid Over Bubbling Bay (Elite)" from the old, preDR Viscous Cycle Elite was changed/renamed to "Raid Over Bubbling Bay (Advanced)". "New" acco "Raid Over Bubbling Bay (Elite)" was added to the new VCE, obviously.

I only found those 4 mentioned, too. And indeed, it is random will they be undine or starfleet officers. To get 5 undine you just have to repeat the mission.

One more acco from Surface Tension: It's a Trap (10 pts) - Found and defeated 5 Undine masquerading as Starfleet officers on ESD.

It's in "The Undying" mission. One of the crew of the Snap Dragon you get to fight in arena counts as a klingon rebel.
