Not a question, so much as a suggestion.... I think it would be cool for fleets to have "fleet alerts" - on the same track as the "red alerts" we get in sector space to go fight the unimatrix - that would bring all who responded to the distress call to the fleets starbase to defend against attacks from various factions. Teleporting to a whole new map doesn't make sense in most scenarios, though. My issue is getting a non-combative NPC from one place in the map to another after combat begins.
