The one thing I do not like about the ship is how many flat and poor joint spots it has. A flat surface is terrible for anything meant to take a beating, you want deflection points and roundness,. As it is now it looks like they added spots to direct torpedoes and such directly into the crew quarters.

The argument against this I've seen in game is that we are very limited to what can go in the tactical console slots so we cant have those expensive consoles giving only a small increase due to diminishing returns. The entire dev post on tribble forums saying they are getting tribble testers to test it kind of blows that secret.

Nope not a dev, regular testers that have contributed to tribble have been given the ship to test. I've yet to see the Falcion or Scimitar but did come across the Tulwar design a player was flying.

I have seen the AP:O stop the DP torp but Ive also seen it stop cold at other times. It seems if there are too many targets to lock onto after its primary dies it will sit there as well, the tholian groups cause this to me a lot in rescue.
