im pleading for romulans. and I wouldn't really call feds underpowered in the tact/engi way claiming that would require quite a bit of nerfs for feds.

sorry derailing, a t6 dyson would be nice, 5 offensive weapons one of which the proton cannon and the tac cmd for active cannons, it's one of the best openers.
