same problem for me every time I go from ground/space or space/ground it resets them all, I found if I stay in space and only do space PvE it seems to be ok, not the best solution I know but it may help till they fix it.

same here kicked to dashboard 3 times in 30mins and to make things worse I got hit with a AFK penalty as when I got back in the PvE I was playing in, it just ended.

hi I have the same problem with XXXXX only difference is that I hit rank 5 with them and put in around 2 million in contributions, also joined XXXXX and I led 1 leader board and 2nd in another for contributions.

I am playing on xbox one and got the same problem with the anomaly scan at the end of the mission, I switched to my Klingon as I have allready done it with them, so I did mission replay and yep its bugged on that aswell.
