That's a very dark, and depressing view of the world and the system but just that, it's not one you can out right prove. Parts of what you state are true, inevitably, but parts are murky without any shred of evidence to back you up. Still as you say this is not the place for such discussions :)

To be fair I mostly enjoy playing the Missions in the Characters, sometimes they got annoying and just distracting (And I feel for a Star Trek game they focused WAY too much on combat and not enough on doing some diplomatic missions) but replaying them all after a good long while on a new character has been really fun.…
