I just got a ban as well from the borg red alert after getting stuck on a loadscreen and then not being able to get out there before the DPS'ers took everything out, including the boss in a few seconds.... Ah, guess I've been lucky then. Have been playing it several times a week and not encountered it before. Since season 10 it's been happening 1/3 to 1/2 the time. Also as writing this the same thing is happening in the Undine Space Battlezone .. one of the three "Planet Killers" boss ships didn't appear. Never encountered…

Strongly agree with the original post that something needs to be done. Sitting on a "penalty" right now because someone went rogue on Into the Hive and managed to step over the edge, respawn and then refuse to transport out of the cell before the game even began. fyi it was not elite. Tactics were revised several times, even had people out scouring the internet for different techniques that could be used.
