Shield healing is easy. Have an engineering boff put up a shield generator, stand around and get hit inside the field.

Yeah. Other than something for top endgame people to spend money on, I'm not sure who they're marketing to on this one. Even then, are there enough people out there now who play ground? Check the C-Store. Or you can look for the ship in the T6 options at the NPC who you can get ships from. It is a Jem'Hadar only ship until you reach it's sixth unlock, then you can use it on your other characters.

Normally it shouldn't be a problem. I'm thinking you're probably getting hit by a few torpedoes as they've been known to not scale correctly at times. The same with the Dominion arc. They've got about half the voice files for the ds9 actors in the missions, but a good number of those play at the same time as the original voice files for the Cardiassian and Vorta actors.

It took ages for them to fix adding B'Rotlh skins to the endgame BoPs. KDF still doesn't have their T6 Vo'Quv as well. Maybe they're waiting for T7 to introduce both of them.
