So why would you remove the old one that was working before the new one was ready? This seems like who ever is responsible for quality control is not up to the job. I know if was building a house I'm not going to tear down the old one till the new one is at least able to live in. yea know..

first, razer products are TRIBBLE. I've yet to have a single razor device last longer then 6 months. and maybe their CS has improved. but Logitech was on the ball when the first time anything of theirs broke. i have mouse that is over 10yrs old and still being used by one of my kids. two, I'm not spending the next 2 months…
