The only thing I've for sure noticed missing is my Romulan Tactical Kit Mk XII on toon NX22@Nathan_Stand. I gather that I'm very fortunate to have only lost that. (As far as I know.)

I may have found a solution, it's worked for me. On the launcher go to options and de-select "On-Demand Patching." This will cause the launcher to patch all the content before the game launches instead of when it's needed. This will take up a lot of space and time. I've been having this problem as well for the past month at least. The only way I could every get it to load would be to launch in safe mode but now even that isn't working.
