Trendy, would it be possible if the patches could be made available as separate downloads on mirror sites, using HTTP protocols or FTP protocols instead of streamed? I realize this would require creating an installer to handle each patch, so perhaps just on patches that are 1GB or larger? I would imagine that this would…

I just had a weird burst of data come through - went from 1% to 66% in about a minute. Then it just dropped off again. This is weird.

I downloaded the patch to my laptop in about 15 minutes, then headed to install it on my desktop. An hour later, I'm still only 30% through the patch. What gives?

Interesting. Well that explains that then. Perhaps it's more common for higher level R&D items to automatically move to the R&D tab? Same problem here. I had this issue about 2 hours ago, ran the updated patcher from the forums and problem went away. Now the problem is persistent. Oh, and just to check - I ran Champions Online and ran into the same error.
