The version number is a date with the .8 and .7 refering to the build release of the 20120705 (july 5th) client. This is why i dont think it will be season 6 with this patch (even though the patch file says season 6 release 5) i would think with such a major client update they would change it to a different client version…

i'm certain this wasnt a major patch (season 6) simply because the version number made no major change only a minor decimal change. They would have changed it to 20_20120712a.0 or something similar if it were a major content change. Also the patch wasnt very large. On a side note found something neat if you press ctrl_c in…
