• I was having the same problem - stuck on the "Retrieving" screen until it timed me out. I've tried multiple restarts and tried hitting the patcher.exe, but now the patcher won't even run. Yep, hit the exe and .... nothing. The STO icon appears on the taskbar but no patcher window, (shrug)
