I don't believe unpacking the ship is the problem. On my Rom Tac alt I am leveling, she is only level 30 - So clearly can't unpack, however she got the Chel Grett message when I logged in and the account wide unlock happened with no problem.

THIS is the problem. Cryptic just does -not- communicate. They whisper of a patch and then leave it at that. Communication is key when managing an online service, and Cryptic are showing an appalling way of handling it.

Nothing in the current patch notes about this fix being rolled out, which is a bit disappointing. OP updated with PathPing information. I've not tried changing the Euro Proxy settings as of yet... EDIT Change to EU Proxy, no difference. :(

Update: Lag persisting. Even with Bitdefender's Firewall disabled :/

Updated OP. Could be that my AV/Firewall has been causing issues all of a sudden. EDIT Seems fine at the moment, no lag whatsoever since disabling my Bitdefender's Firewall. I will test again at the same time I had lag yesterday, for the sake of accuracy.
