This is really disgusting and it feels like Cryptic cannot be bothered to sort out the problem. Any other game and this would have been sorted straight away.

I submitted a ticket two days ago and all I got back was that they were looking into it but that they didn't know when they will be fix the issue. Not exactly reassuring is it?

I'm also having the same problem and reinstalling the game did not solve the issue. It's not very encouraging for a new player like me to discover that I can't play the game, is it?
