Yeah your wrong. STO Runs on MANY servers. Just because there's one universe doesn't mean there is one physical box. The problem is somewhere between Perfect World's centralized Authorization system to link accounts up and the game servers.

Yes but the server is damn stable.. never seems to crash.

The Server down. I can get through the patcher but the game loads and sits at connecting to Login Server until it times out. Of course in game it tells me to press the support button, that just takes me to the stupid arc homepage.
