  • Yeah, the exchange seems to be broken, I can't buy anything either and it's not because someone else buys it before me, as quiverbox explained. It doesn't seem to affect all players / items though; Contraband is cheaper than it should be, but Shield Batteries inflated to around 4000 EC, which means people are buying them…
