You have to save this uniform in the foundry and then in the normal tailor Interface you can klick load uniform (you have to select uniform only) and then you see it

I've just found a Long Version of the odyssey uniform in the foundry, with belt and combadge! http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=fvi5p4&s=6 (sorry, no bigger Version but i try to get a bigger one)
