I assume you mean the "Customize Ship" person...Tried that several times and it is just worse. Where I had the "Cheeze Graiter" hull (Only the deck and windows"...now there is nothing.

Just Happened to me too. Got the mission to go talk to Lieutenant Ferre at SF academy and...nothing... Had to file another ticket...I still haven't got the ticket on another of my characters where I was missing some of my Bridge officers from my Dominion: Victory is Life pack. Did it to me on the PC o.O
