I have this issue as well on all my characters IF they change their starship in the starship selection either on ship or at a starbase.

It is the Store item Mirror Pack Givaway. I have a similar issue but have the tailor options for Terran Uniforms available on only one of my many characters, my oldest character, on the rest, they simply do not show up, or only one, but not all are there.

How do I find turn over a captured Changeling in the personal assignments? I am getting tired of carring this fella about on my Discovery Era Klingon. None of the other ones from NPCs work either.

I have found similar problems with the Dyson Tileset in the Delta Command Center and the bridge of the Obelisk Carriers. I first noticed this bug within the last 3 or 4 months.
