As with poster of #10/#22, I as well could not get my ROM toons (posted earlier with same problem) to get the uneasy allies mission, but once I got past Bigger Picture, it became available. So seems that on a ROM toon you must complete Bigger Picture to get access to the mission. So if your having problems on your ROM toon…

I have 7 toons, 3 fed, 2 KDF, 2 Rom. I did it fine on all feds and KDF but can't get it working for romulans either. Seems to be bugged will be kind of sad if I can't do it on them because of bug and miss the rewards.
