null Im on xbox1 an bought 11000 zen got fed t6 intel bundle but when i hit claim NOTHING HAPPENS! Word claim stays while indicating you havent claimed yet. Trendy how can you admins fail at something as important as this!? Wont spend anymore zen since im not getting what i payed for. Got a sci vessel last week not problem…

Did not get it on xbox 1 either. Checked before i went to work and its not there on either of my charcters that completed event. Devs have screwed up AGAIN. Offer a reward then fail to hand it out...complete incompitence

null Feel ur pain...cant wear my delta armor. Update is a drag as well. Knew something was up when i checked the website yesterday and it said it was releasing stats for playable Herald ships today.

Same here they have a ton to deal with but very annoying going through tiers to get Delta armor AND THEN YOU CANT WEAR IT. Looks good in the pic....

TWOK is in C store scroll all the way down to promotions. Im lookin at it now. If you want starfleet TWOK outfits sadly they are expensive as hell at the dilitium store

Happens to me alot on xbox1. logging out and back in usually solves it. Actually quiting the game always seemed to work too

Still no acknowledgement from developers this system for reporting is flawed. Know some problems are bigger bit we'd at least like to know if the message was recieved

Arc tailor problem is NOT going away would be great if you could at least acknowledge it. At least 2 others i play with have same problem. Also having a probationary period for new customers to be able to post problems they have is COMPLETELY STUPID.

Just checked again. Hit the a button to wear a different outfit aaand...nothing #Xbox1

Just got delta armor on xbox one and cant wear it...i feel your pain. Hopefully they get on this asap

Im on xbox one and i cant even switch outfits at the tailor. Says to push a button when you want to change outfits but nothing happens. Annoying since i just got delta armor
