I just made a character and after the tutorial , I went to Mudd's to reclaim the Nanopulse War Targ, but it isn't there. Restarted game and it showed up

Workaround if you are patient. The floors change at fixed intervals , so you can luckily count off 1001, 1002,1003 to do it..... That is how I beat the floor. It took me a few times but I wish it was fixed.

I just tried on a Federation character. Same problem. Did the mission on another character before the 8.22.2023 patch and it worked. Now it does not.

Ok deleted the Hogg Bin and let the game reload it and that fixed it

Send Tuvok in Voyager to deal with the Iconians. He seems to have extensive knowledge or experience with all kinds of stuff, at least, according to to the Tim Russ voice-overs.

Heck it seems like the Iconians were a side conflict for seasons 10 and 10.5 . Not much of a war from the perspective that I have seen so far.

Kids are starting back to school and are trying to get used to their schedules plus the parents are making them do the things that take up time in the day that they fell out of doing during the summer like homework and getting things ready for the next day of school. Not to mention they are making new real life friends…

I think the timeshot should be used to stop M'tara from blasting the Preservers so we get the information from the computer on how to stop them.
