Pushing this up because the Ticket was closed by Support and the Problem still isnt solved.

The Fix dosnt work on Station and you have to go to Space. The first Line in the Post ;)

I upgraded the C-Store Ships Arbiter Chronos Dreadnought Jem'hadar Vanguard Warship Khopesh Thozyn because i can play them on all of my Toons. Also upgraded the Maquis Raider Bajoran Interceptor on my Main and have 3 more X-Upgrades from Phoenix Tokens left for the Future. Finally all the ultra rare Tokens have some use.

Did you follow the Instructions? Because the Fix worked for everyone except a couple of People that didnt follow the Instructions. Switch into your Shuttle, click your first active Spaceship, click "switch Spaceship" and chose your second active Spaceship from the List.

Do you have a second active Spaceship that isnt upgraded? The System is checking both active Ships for the X-Trait Slot and you have to get rid of the second active Ship first. Here is how to fix it https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline#/discussion/1257970/two-active-ships-fix-inside/p1

The first active is the Ship on top of the List and the second active the Starship you cant use.

I found a Fix for the Bug by Accident: - go to Space (DS9/Sol System/whatever but not Sector Space) - switch Starship into your Shuttle - switch Starship from your Shuttle into your second active Starship (may have to click on your first active Starship to have the Button) - switch from your second active to your first…
