• I chose the option to decline the boff the first time with one character. I replayed the mission and then I could not get the boffl, it said you can only have one of these. I don't seem to have any way to get the boff now.

• I'm not logging in until this is fixed. I'm afraid my mail will get deleted if I do. So far it hasn't but I haven't been online except once briefly since this started happening.

• Mail isn't the ideal means of storage however the alternative would be to create 800 alternate f2p accounts just for storage. That would be an even more inefficient means of storage. If they need more space on the mail server they should allow you to disable 'item sold for ' notifications

• I had played STO for a while without any issues then I moved to a different house with Brighthouse for my ISP and had constant disconnects every few minutes would drop my entire connection from that computer. The only thing that fixed it was connecting through a VPN. There must be some kinds of packets that the ISP doesn't…
