My Eng can tank (in PVE) better in his Steamrunner as in his Assault Cruiser while doing more damage. a) There isn't any PVE content where you need the MKXII gear. b) Noone forces you to grind for it. c) profit Really, where is the problem? One MKXII set is easily grinded in less than a month. If you don't want to grind, then take the fleet gear which can even be better.

Yup :-) Powerarmors for the win!!! I'm sad that we don't see more armor for starfleet officiers in the movies/series. But asymmetrical armor is still a silly anime thing. Even if it looks "cool" in animes :D

Why? Fleetcredits are just as easy to get as Omegamarks. Even Dill is free. No skill involved. Depending on the fleet, a new player could get fleetequip faster than equipment from the reputation system. Rather than better stats I would like to see a different bonus to increase the numbers of viable builds.

Nope, they are gone. You still can get equal or better weapons from: Mission rewards. Mission loot. Fleet events rewards. Fleet events loot. STF loot. Exchange. Romulus Reputation Plasma weapon. Zenstore (Aux DHC cannons if you have a Vesta). Lockboxes. Foundry missions. Especially the "kill dozens of enemys" missions.…

If your are only doing ESTF you can keep your borg weapons. The Borg modifier doesn't work on many borg enemys but fleet weapons are only marginally better. And that for 10.000dill a weapon xD

If you don't like grind then you really shouldn't play ANY MMO. WoW is one of the biggest MMO out there and it has a lot of marks, reps and gear grind. True words. Having 10 chars and then complaining that it is time consuming equipping all of them xD

It is a free ship which you can get with little effort. So I'm not surprised that it hasn't a custom bridge . And I really don't care about bridges. Yeah, it is a warship :D For the moment I have 2xEptS1 and AuxtS1 for more survability. As an engi I can manage the drain with my captain powers and a battery. But I test ES2 tomorrow :-) Thanks for the tip.
