I've had the same problem only since the DR expansion. I was hoping the most recent update might address this, to no avail.

I don't have DX11 either and after logging in today, the graphics are still messy.

Since my current machine doesn't even have DX11 (I do have DX9, as well as DX9ex for some reason), so I'm agreeing with you.

I may be having similar issues, but I'm not sure what is going wrong here. However, my ship/shields display is all screwy since the update - changing display and graphics configurations does not help.
