Same here. The game locks up while loading. Game is completely unplayable and I've gotten no help at a ll from support. Submitting a ticket is pointless as I never get a response. Game crashes every time I try to load from the character screen. Everytime. I have not been able to play the game for months. This is NOT a new issue and the devs seem to be doing nothing to fix it. Time to delete and never come back I'm thinking.
