I can't figure out how to get anything accomplished here. I no longer play the game. Managed to cancel my subscription. Am wondering if I'll get a pro-rated refund. I get directed to a place to send in a ticket that doesn't work. Frustrated as heck. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I haven't been getting it but I can, for the life of me figure out who to contact so I can resolve the situation. I subscribed on 2/15 for 6 months and have yet to get April's. Any ideas?
