At the very least if they just gave me the option to use my standard faction bridge and interior in all alien vessels I would be happy, again just like the scimatar how you can have just its custom bridge with no ship interior or use your standard bridge with the full interior for it.

I have been thinking this would be a good idea for game companies to do for a while now. I am so going to get models of my Elachi, T6 Scimatar and JemHadar ships. I really hope they do avatars in the future as well, we have so much customization in this game it will be amazing. Here comes $100s of dollars for awesome high…

Also please work with them in other aspects as well, as having cross over with the on going show just like we do with the films would be beyond cool!

Yes I Know, but they would still be reverse engineered and modified for faction use and living. My Elachi ships has gas that the Elachi need to breath being pumped into my cockpit, my toon that fly's it is a Romulan, that makes no sense. I also want to be able to walk around the whole ship see its warp core and see my crew…

Ok, after reading all your comments I think I found a solution by making some alterations to the original idea that most people will be able to agree with. When your in story mode and PVE you only die by getting disabled (like ground combat) and your ship systems goes off line, has fires, and rolls on its side leaking…

Also just wanted to put my two cents in on how the "Crew" feature should work if you ever put it back in. Crew only takes damage - injury and death if the "Hull" is taking hits. Function of the "Crew" is to repair the hull and other sub systems in a fight(just like in the shows and movies). Based on how much of your crew…
