  • Having the same issue. And am player returning from a two year break. Play a TOS Male Sci character and my K13 Female Vulcan Sci Bridge officer is unable to learn Destabilizing Resonance Beam I, or III. Have Destabilizing Resonance Beam II learned on them from ages ago, but assume it'd be broken as well. Hopefully more…
