3,543 Zen. If you're buying ZEN through the Purchase Zen option above that a little over $30/player. When you look at the money alone now it reasons why they didn't want to fix this sooner.

It definitely won't work especially considering I saw Cryptic give two emergency patches for cosmetic issues essentially. They have been nothing but negligent and unable to do their damn jobs.

No, I'm getting frustrated at the lack of customer service for something I have paid for. They knew about their ****up before Season 8 was released. This is all their fault. They need to fix it NOW!How can I test it with only 8GB of free space left. You make no sense.

They do need to fix this now. I looked at the tribble patch notes for the 18th I don't see this issue as being shown as known problems. If it works, then push the fix out now. Why wait until Thursday? They did three patches last week, and you're going to tell me you can't patch this earlier than Thursday?

Thursday is unacceptable. You're proving you don't give a damn about the lepers and what we're losing in-game. Push the fix out once it is verified on Tribble, not wait til Thursday!

Considering by definition we weren't being offensive, I don't see any reason for us not identify as such. Then again, they wouldn't have to be 'offended' by us calling ourselves what we want to be called if they hadn't released S8 prematurely.

What kind of customer service won't give service to those that need it? Really this is infuriating. You're probably have more luck of using the Obamacare site than Cryptic fixing their mess.

Like a said, they'll reply to players who can actually well play. Us, when it comes to their TRIBBLE up, not so much.

Yeah but they don't extend the deadlines for stuff we miss in the process because of their TRIBBLE up. They didn't extend the deadline for the Crystalline event and I barely got it with only a few hours to spare. This time, they'll push the "fix" if they get on the 21st or later which is the deadline for the Solanae…

Plus take into account the week they knew about the problem. So essentially it's like your out of power for over a week and they refuse to work on the weekend. You're also not given any kind of ETA. You're going to tell me you're okay with this?

So if your electricity is out do to a storm or something would you be okay with the electric company neglecting to complete it's repairs just because it's a weekend.
