uh, the last two words of the post give it away, concerning traits, which has been an issue for a few years now.

It being the fourth time in two years assumes that they actually fixed it the previous 3 times. In actuality many still were having the issue, despite their being a "fix" for it.

Yeah they just told me the same bs. I came over here and posted a bug report, cause they said to post a new one. Now I can't even find it. Seriously this is some grade a bs!

Yep still broken. Been trying to move past this for almost a month now. I submitted a ticket on this at some point back in the month and apparently nothing is being done about it. So I can't progress this character or any that haven't made it this far till they fix it. Really fraking annoying!

Ok, they need to update the dialog at the end of the mission then, cause it specifically tells you that you'll be receiving resources.
