  • Same here, I got promoted to Lt. Commander, and couldn't get a new ship. Are they restricted to gold members now? I had an earlier, non-gold account, and was able to obtain a new ship on every promotion. And yes, I did the Admiral Quinn promotion mission before trying to get the free ship.
