• Speaking of characters, and not to attempt to hijack your thread (think of it as a free bump), wasn't there a character profile stored on the website where you could edit your bio and such outside the game? Is this no longer available? Did it go away when Cryptic turned the accounts over to PWE?

• You should investigate your sound as a possible cause. Many do not realize that a lot of graphics lag is due to sound issues. When you fire your weapons, I'm guessing there are a lot of sounds of explosions and such. For testing, see if you can totally disable your sound in Windows and see if that helps.
