My federation character is currently still stuck at the academy. You're right, this game is pretty broken. Two of my other characters right now are stuck, klingon and romulan.

The mission I'm currently on is "Welcome to Earth Spacedock", and the missions before that don't seem to be repeatable.

Yeah, I'm having this issue too. I don't have any other mission available so I can't use transwarp, even!
