Introducing this as your deus ex machina to end the war was the worst possible storyline choice you could have made, Cryptic. I hate everything about it. It was good to watch in Voyager, it's horribly executed in Star Trek Online.

Yes, I'm having trouble getting the launcher to fully load, and if it does, when I click on my character and the Beam In animation plays, I'll get "Login2 Server Timeout" and "Login Server Error" and it will crash back to the username/password screen. They tend to use it pretty often. Fortunately if it fails, it only lasts for a minute, and then they'll use it again. You dont get invited at random. He must have been on someone else's parse that was uploaded. If he doesnt want to join, he can just decline it. That's his perogative. But its not like the Admins deliberately went to spam invites at him.

Usually 3-4 mil. 1-2 mil would be a steal. I have one not only on my character, but also on all of my BOffs. Great for boosting their Critical Chance. I see it as the best ground device in the game.
