If they make DX11 to at least NOT crash my whole PC ONLY with their game and I have more than 40 games and at least 15 from 2016 with DX11 - That would be nice ;)

Cryptic have no support forum. So this is the one for things like that. And Arc is more then just Steam for Cryptic Studios.

Today the launcher said "Support for DX9 will end on march ... Switch to DX11 !" How the TRIBBLE can I switch to DX11 when your stupid game crashes the whole PC when I switch to DX11 on my 400EUR Card ?!?

The problem is not how good your card is - my R9 290 was top of the line 400EUR - still have THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH DX11 but it works with EVERY other game from 2016 at MAX settings. The problem is that their programmers are sub par.

With R9 290 - system freezes in DX11 mode :(

SAME ! DX11 card with 4GB of RAM and 24GB RAM PC with Quad core and I should play the dumb game with the lowest graphics in DX9 !!! Where did they find those programmers ?!?

Very funny as DX11 crashes most people systems when used in STO. Yet DX11 works with Everything Else released in 2016 on the SAME systems.

Absolutely the same here. DX11 crashes the system and everything else WORKS FINE WITH DX11. BF4, Fallout 4, War Thunder ... anything You can think of all the latest games. And those id... nice people cant fix it for 3 years (I found complains from that time at least somewhere in reddit) in some sub par graphic wise game.

Went back to DX9 as I found out that they cant fix DX11 on AMD for 3 years (WORST PROGRAMMERS ON EARTH !!!) and now I can see through half the walls and people's body parts. I see flying teeth and eyes it's so funny and stupid at the same time. They need to shoot their programmers or stop hiring Indians and get proper…

I spoke too quick - my PC crashed after about 30 min of playing. And before the patch it never did for like 8 hours + ... I'm giving up - it's unplayable.

Switching to DX11 and updating my drivers to the latest actually worked (for now). (ATI R9 290)

Same. Even when I switched to DX11 there were a lot of glitches and then the game crashed. And after restart it managed to crash the whole PC !

2 days - no fix yet. Are they using monkeys instead of programmers ? Do they even test the TRIBBLE they make before pushing it to the patch server ? I bet they outsourced it to India or something and they now can't understand what are "developers" telling them to do lol.

I sent a ticket like 20 hours ago - no response. How long do they need to fix such simple issue ? A year. I bet their support just don't work on the weekends.
