Had the first contact mission only one time, after reaching diplomacy lvl 3, but after that it never came back. :mad:

Had same problem, and i can confirm that "bug" and the workaround too, something went wrong on my klingon character with the clothing. I went to the tailor on risa and there was the same, my off duty clothing was changed to uniform, switched it back to off duty and then the floater was back again.
