Yeah - the seating is very bugged. The tactical seat and the cmd/eng seat are acting as ensign seating only, not the lt commander slots they should be.

Doing better than I am - the tactical and command/engineering stations on mine are only acting as ensign seats, I can't assign the abilities for higher ranked officers.

Honestly? No. It was 500/550 zen for each you bought - I have a toon with 5 Cait Boffs so conservatively, thats the cost of a T5 ship - 2500 Zen. We were told the personnel tab items would be unlocked for everyone who'd bought them previously. They haven't been, there's no sign of a fix and basically we're told to buy them…

While I appreciate that at least Kael has let us know, this is still absolutely sub-par customer service. Essentially its "we can't fix it and don't want to invest time in fixing it so go spend money and buy them again" - which basically seems to be the company motto. it seems like that would be the quick and easy solution. or just unlocking it on accounts where they can see theyve been purchased previously, like they would for any other zen store purchase that had glitched.

I'm glad its not just me, thanks for that - if its more than one person it seems more likely a bug than a glitch! They've closed my support case (despite that the issue still exists). I work in network support, and we wouldn't have closed a case until the issue was resolved, so this is weird to me. Its been passed to Devs…

Never had the problem in the Sol system, but Bajor is a joke - the games sending ending everyone there, so it lags like nothing else, but theres never any Omega in the space map. I haven't tried yet - this is my first year on the winter event. Is it worth trying to unlock the Chel for all toons, or should i just assume they aren't going to fix the account unlock and get the Sarr?
