I'm also catching this bug on Xbox One. I have a Discovery level 65 Captain and before I moved on to the Iconian War episodes I would get a popup hail from Janeway every now and then that just said the same thing "For now, things are relatively peaceful..." So it was like it was trying to trigger the mission but couldn't.…
