I was just coming to check if others were having the Issue, the answer is yes, And it's happening on my KDF character, haven't checked on my Starfleet character yet.

I think I just ran into this glitch when I leveled to Commander, I got "Promoted" in the middle of a space battle in "Second Star to the Right and Straight On 'til morning" for the KDF. And since the space battle didn't pause I clicked away from it but it came back I read through it (While taking fires from the DeWitt.)…
