• I got a $20 UGC prepaid card and when I select the $20 >> 2,000 + 300 zen option, its asking me to pay for $21.50. Its not accepting the transaction coz its asking for $1.50 more on top of the $20 for the card PIN. It's like I am buying 2,300 zen. What do I need to do?
