I agree but then what you are talking about is more criminal liability, and that has a much higher standard to prove. Frankly *most* people who are in this thread complaining are not having problems because a server was down. The major issue has to do with throughput and throttling on the part of Verizon. When you make statements like that its just misinformation and appears disingenuous, contrived and derisive.

Agreed on the East Coast it's around 1:30PM. Most people are at work right now, and not likely sitting at home watching Netflix. I expect the issues to return around 6PM and expect them to dissipate around midnight. This will probably continue throughout the weekdays and the weekends will become completely unusable again.
